1. Terms of return/exchange of products at Office1:
1.1. The company Office1, in accordance with the product return/exchange policy, gives you the opportunity to return or exchange the purchased product within 2 calendar days.
2. Product Return/Exchange Policy:
2.1. If you wish to return a product, please contact the company's Office 1 branch where you ordered the product in advance and inform them about the return of the product;
2.2. To identify the process, you need to inform the manager: order number, order date, order receipt date, payment receipt, and reason for return.
2.3. The product return/exchange policy is valid for 2 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
2.4. If any changes are noted to the product or documents, Office 1 reserves the right to question its authenticity and, accordingly, suspend the product return procedure for investigation. Based on the results of the investigation and diagnosis, the company is authorized to continue or terminate the return/replacement procedure for the product(s).
2.5. The return (transportation) of the product is provided by the customer at his own expense, no later than 2 business days after confirmation of the return request.
2.6. When returning/replacing a product, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase (delivery note, proof of payment, etc.)
2.7. The product may be returned in accordance with these rules if:
2.7.1. The product does not comply with the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;
2.7.2. The product has a factory defect;
2.7.3. The product is damaged during transportation;
3. Refund method:
3.1. In the event that the customer wishes to return the purchased product, the company Office 1 undertakes to reimburse the customer for the amount paid by the customer for the product:|
3.1.1. 100% in case the product has a factory defect or the product does not comply with the order/or the technical specifications posted on the website, Or the product was damaged during transportation and is accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase (bill of lading, proof of payment, etc.).
3.1.2. If, as a result of the investigation, it is determined that the product to be returned by the consumer has not retained all functional and/or visual characteristics and/or does not include all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase (Bill of lading, proof of payment, etc.) The company reserves the right not to return the product and, accordingly, not to refund the amount paid for the product.
3.2. Refunds are only possible through non-cash payment to the customer's bank account.
3.3. In the case provided for in Article 3.1.1 of this Policy, the customer will be refunded the cost of the product within 5 (five) business days.
4. Procedure for reimbursement of transportation service costs:
4.1. The Company will reimburse the cost of transportation services when returning/replacing a product by an Office 1 user, if: The product does not comply with the order/or the technical specifications posted on the website; The product has a factory defect; The product was damaged during transportation;
4.2. In all other cases, the cost of transportation services is borne by the customer.
5. Product return/exchange procedure:
5.1. In the event that the return is initiated by the customer immediately upon delivery, the case is recorded in the information center and the courier is given confirmation of the product pickup;
5.2. The customer may request a return of the product within 2 calendar days of receiving the product;
5.3. In the event of a manufacturing defect detected after 2 calendar days from receipt of the product, the consumer must act in accordance with the relevant warranty conditions.
6. Product Replacement Timeframe:
6.1. If the product replacement request is confirmed, the customer will be provided with an identical product to the returned product within 2-5 business days.
